Movies to Watch Before Going to Disneyland

Before Jon and I ventured out to Disneyland last Fall, I looked at what all attractions and events they had.  This being our first time there, I wanted to be sure we were in the know.  Since I'm a big Disney addict and own a good bit of Disney movies, we were pretty well set on understanding things in the park.  I have created a list of all the Disney movies you'll want to watch in preparation to your magical Disneyland vacation.

Because we love Disney movies and we've been to Walt Disney World several times, we didn't need to watch too much.  I have broken it down below of what movies to watch and why.  I have also added the characters according to the Disneyland app as of today (May 25, 2017) since Jon and I did not go to many character meetings.

Disneyland is currently hosting the Main Street Electrical Parade for their night time parade.  Be sure to check it out before it leaves on August 20, 2017.

Fantasia
Disneyland will be starting their version of Fanstasmic back up here soon and part of this movie is in it.  The night time show at California Adventure, World of Color, also has parts of this movie in there as well.

I'm sure there's more that I'm missing.  Have you been to Disneyland?  If so, what would you add to the list?  I'm looking forward to going back and taking Michael with us.  Truly a magical place.
