Like I do every week after figuring out what our dinners are going to be, I look to see if I have all the ingredients for them.  I also look to see what we might be running low on with our daily things and personal care items.  Because we have a tight budget every week, I try and not have large ticket items hit at the same time.  This week we were almost completely out of toilet paper so it went on the list.  We are starting to run low on paper towels, but can last another week.  So, next week paper towels will be on the list.
